This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can access or correct it.

Who we are

Abundize Labs (ABN 28 145 850 284) is an Australian business that builds AI agents and automation for other businesses. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Abundize Labs. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we collect:

• your name, work email and company name;
• your phone number, if you choose to give it;
• your team size, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field;
• the page you sent the form from and the time you sent it.

If you email or call us, we keep what you tell us and your contact details.

When you browse the site, our analytics tools record technical information: the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or region, worked out from your IP address). This is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call or demo;
• to scope, quote for and deliver the work you engage us for;
• to understand which pages people find useful and which ones lead to enquiries, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list. We will only contact you about your enquiry and any work that follows from it.

Cookies and analytics

We use two analytics tools:

• Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell one visit from the next. When someone submits the enquiry form, we record that a lead was received, the page it came from, the service selected and the team size. Names, emails and phone numbers are never sent to Google Analytics.
• Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked with analytics cookies by default.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business. They only receive what they need to provide their service:

• Web3Forms, which delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox;
• our email provider, where enquiries and correspondence are stored;
• Google, for Google Analytics;
• Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

We will also disclose information if Australian law requires it.

Storage overseas

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. When we use them, we take reasonable steps to make sure they protect personal information to a standard comparable with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

Enquiries are kept in our business email account, which is protected by access controls and limited to the people who need it. We keep an enquiry while it is active and for as long as we need it for our records or to meet legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Data inside the agents we build for clients

This policy covers information we collect through this website and in dealing with you directly. When we build an AI agent for a client, the data that agent handles belongs to the client and is governed by our agreement with them and by their own privacy policy. We handle it only on their instructions.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email admin@abundizelabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first at admin@abundizelabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
